The Bildeston Crown has been undergoing a gentle series of works in the last 18 months, including enhancing its bedrooms and restaurant, with a change of staffing both front of house, and within the kitchen.
The hotel has long been associated with fine dining, and is justly known as one of the best places to eat in Suffolk.
Sarah spent time in the kitchen helping to capture the essence of what dining at the Crown means. Prime, local, seasonal ingredients (many gathered from the grounds of the group’s nearby estate), handled with care, and plated elegantly.
The whole staff at The Bildeston Crown were very happy with the results.
